The associated Project Cost data is automatically updated with the Inventory Adjustment transaction when submitted to Dynamics GP.

Smart Fill Utility

SmartFill will find the information you want by typing in part of the name, ID, Class, or phone (or any other information you want!).  Any field within the screen can be searched upon. Just type in what you know; SmartFill does the rest by auto-filling the ID with the correct value - and you don't even have to perform a lookup! Every Great Plains user will benefit from this enhancement.

Payroll Support Software

Negative Payroll Transactions: Firms need flexibility to make corrections and manage adjustments to payroll amounts.  Negative Payroll Transactions allows you to enter negative units for a pay code transaction in order to reverse earnings on previous payroll runs. This allows users to reverse incorrectly paid earnings from previous periods or to make other necessary adjustments.  In addition, negative payroll transactions that are entered into the Payroll Transaction Entry window will be carried through the payroll process and reflect on all reports in Microsoft Dynamics GP Core Payroll.

Time Matrix is a Time Clock specifically programmed for Olympic Project Cost. Time Matrix directly integrates with Project Cost Projects and Task. Immediately upon entering new Projects in Project Cost, Time Matrix users are able to use that Project to clock in. Time Matrix reads the Project Cost tables directly without having to do any imports/exports. The Time Clock can use an optional touch screen monitor, magnetic card reader, bar code scanner or phone server.
